Token of the establishment of the couple Nicolas Birringer and Eve Muller. The couple opened a butcher's shop in Wasserbillig on 1 May 1908. In 1929 they added a café/restaurant to their family business. And in 1934 they opened a hotel. The present token was used for bowling.
Nicolas Birringer's son took over the family business in 1938.

Weiller type token no. 50. The present token was therefore struck between 1934 and 1938.

Token not listed by R. Weiller. The Birringer family had three types of tokens struck. Two in the name of the Hotel and the third in the name of the Café Birringer.
