Minted in 1913 by J.U.A Pottow (J.W.A Pottow was an error on all of his tokens) for the labourers on his farm FURTH they would be taken to a Trading store in Ncwadi which was owned by a man named Kajee, after time they could be used by any local trader as Mr Pottow would honour the value on the token. The tokens went out of use when J.U.A Pottow passed away in 1964 and the store closed in 1985 when Mr Kajee passed awayPrice
