Located at 12, rue de Larochette (now 1, Diekricherstrooss) in Stegen.Café run by Nicolas Appel from the 1920s to 1934. In 1934, Nicolas Appel leased his establishment and the adjacent farm.
Token from the Sold company, struck by the Fisch & Co workshop in Brussels (Weiller typology no. 34). This type of token was minted from 1933 until 1939. The Café Apel token was therefore probably struck in 1933.
The establishment still exists today and is known as "Bloen Eck".
