Comment
Token from the establishment of Gabriel Quod and Joséphine Zbinden. The Quod-Zbinden couple struck 7 different tokens, the present type is probably the first in the series. Weiller type token no. 23, struck in 1939 at the Fisch & Co workshop in Brussels. This is a diverted token, originally struck for another establishment in the same locality [Weiller# MS 024], whose upper part has been crushed. The Quod-Zbinden couple stamped their name on it.
