Comment
Fulbert de Chartres, born between 952 and 970 and died on April 10, 1028, was a renowned scholastic. Author of liturgical poems and letter writer, he was appointed Bishop of Chartres in 1006. He is not considered a saint by the Catholic Church, but has been the object of a late cult in some French dioceses, where he is liturgically commemorated on April 10. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fulbert_de_ChartresPrice
