The "Procession à Naviaux", the statue of Saint-Eloi, the charitables and their hats.All the Charitables remove their hats in front of each of the town's Saint-Eloi statues during the "Procession à Naviaux".the Charitables wear cape, bicorn and black habit, with white tie and gloves.they hold a cane decorated with a bouquet of boxwood. The procession carries the mace and bust of Saint-Eloi.
The two provosts of the brotherhoods perform the ritual gesture of embracing, repeating the same gesture made by the founders Germon and Gauthier. Participants then proceed to a solemn mass and a meal of turnips (naviaux).
