Token for Jos Funck and Marie Sauber's establishment at 12, route d'Echternach in Mompach.Jos Funck's father opened the café in 1913. Following his death in 1933, Jos Funck, a gamekeeper and farmer, in turn became a café owner. The Funck-Sauber couple ran the establishment until 1989.
The present token was minted six times between 1949 and 1961, for a total of 2,000 pieces.
