Allow me to introduce you to Seth Bomanji Dinshaw Petit, "The Founder" of "The B.D. Petit Parsee General Hospital". In 1962 they celebrated their "Golden Jubilee (1912-1962). The blue capsule it was in, says National Refinery, Bombay. It appears to be "gilt bronze" medal, with a weight of 16.90 gm and a 32 mm diameter & 3-4 mm thickness.
