The Rhune railway, also known as the Rhune train or the Rhune little train1, is an electrified rack-and-pinion railway line located in the Basque Country in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region. It is one of the few rack railroads in France still in service. On a metric track line, inaugurated in 1924, period trains with electric traction run during the tourist season. The line connects the Saint-Ignace pass, about 10 km east of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, to the summit of the Rhune at an altitude of 905 m, on the French-Spanish border. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemin_de_fer_de_la_Rhune
