This is one of two Hard Times tokens issued by S. Maycock & Co, this one with Liberty on the obverse and HT-290 with an eagle on the obverse. Their reverses are identical. This token has lightly struck centers on both the obverse and reverse, so some of the reverse lettering is smudged even on high grade examples.
