Issued for use as a token for events of the Lorain Elks Lodge #1301 (Lorain, Ohio, USA) c. 1980s.From the Lodge website: "The Lorain Elks Lodge was established in 1913 and celebrated its 100th anniversary on 2013. United States Naval Fleet Admiral Ernest King was a Lorain Elk."
Orientation is basically medal however slanted some 45 degrees.
