RC stands for Remo Cademartori the initiator of this series, a poet with his poem dedicated to the „Caciques“ is shown on the countercover of the brochure.The sculptor was V. Murolo, also identified in the brochure showing his work. The coins showing a circled M in the obverse in the bottom right quadrant were not of the batch minted in 1955. Coins showing VM were of the first batch but its use is inconsistent. The engraver was Luis Mandelli.
