On the reverse side of the medal, there is an image of the Cable-Stayed Bridge, one of the main landmarks in São Paulo, which symbolizes the connection between vocational skills educations and the labor market. The image also transmits strength and determination, required to reduce distances and overcome obstacles related to the ideals and projects achieved by skilled professionals, one of the major WorldSkills Competition goals.
