The Cyrus Hotel in Topeka Kansas (https://cyrushotel.com/) does not have coffee machines of instant coffee available in it’s chic rooms. Instead, there is a small tray containing a couple wooden nickels and a card explaining that the nickels may be redeemed for a free coffee downstairs.
