The arcade building on the obverse was built in the years 1834 to 1838 on the west side of the spa garden according to plans by the architect Friedrich von Gärtner from hewn yellow sandstone. It was the first representative spa building in Bad Kissingen. The arcade building is now a listed building and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments. - Wikipedia
