Comment

Three varieties of this token exist:

35A:

• Obverse:
  • Large font (1.85 mm tall) along the rim;
  • Mother Vooruit has a round face;
  • The beehive has 9 layers above the pedestal;
  • The top leaf of the olive branch passes under the E; the second leaf on the right is short and ends under the center of the R.

• Reverse:
  • Positioning of the letters as in the image below:

35B:

• Obverse:
  • Smaller font (1.5 mm tall) along the rim; the font is shaped a bit rounder;
  • The second A of the word NAMAKER misses the horizontal line, and looks like an upside-down V;
  • The olive branch has narrower leaves; the top leaf ends under the center of the E; the second on the right ends under the right leg of the R.

• Reverse:
  • Positioning of the letters as in the image below:

35C:

• Obverse:
  • Very small font (1.3 mm tall) along the rim; same font for the year; the font is shaped rounder;
  • Mother Vooruit has a narrow-shaped head;
  • The hammer head (on the left) ends horizontal; not under an angle, like on 35A and 35B;
  • The olive branch is as in 35B.

• Reverse:
  • Positioning of the letters as in the image below:
