Established by Jean-Baptiste dit Eugène Brisbois and his wife Sophie Kolbach. The couple would have run the café, located at 16, rue de Luxembourg in Tuntange, from 1907. The café was probably linked to a grocery store. Eugène Brisbois died in June 1929, and his widow kept the café until 1950, when she sold it to Madame Michel Poorters-Jaeger. The establishment no longer exists.

Weiller type token no. 28, ordered between 1920 and 1939 by the intermediary Adam Lennig and struck at the Fisch & Co workshop in Brussels.
