The company was founded in 1956 by José Fernando Medina Braga and Maria Myrtis Setti Braga. But his story is from before this time. The practicing family inaugurated the inter-municipal services of ABC Paulista. In the 1920s, Adelelmo Setti started services with a gardener. In 1925, João Setti made a link between the village of São Bernardo do Campo (now SBC Municipal Hall) and São Bernardo do Campo Station (now the CPTM Station of Santo André). The company developed and today is the main shareholder of SBCTrans (the consortium that operates municipal lines in São Bernardo do Campo) and Metra (buses and trolley buses in the ABC corridor). It operates inter-municipal lines in São Bernardo do Campo, Diadema and Santo André.
