Coins were issued as part of a game at the Utah State Centennial Jamboral held in Fillmore, UT 1996. Once a boy scout collected a set of replica statehood notes (dollar bills) they could be redeemed for one silver coin. Each boyscout was given 30 notes of one variety and was to travel throughout the campsite seeking other boy scouts that were given different notes at the start of the game.
