Construction of church has been officially ended in 1967, but with small restrictions to the original plans. By the end of the year 2000 a small local referendum was initiated, where locals almost unanimously confirmed (some 90 %) the idea of donating each month at least 2000 Slovenian Tolars for the duration of five years to finish the church construction. Building committee has also made several other attempts to raise funds, since for each donor family that would be big financial burden. Among other gifts to the donors, also this coin was minted, specially made for small donors of 2000 Tolars.
