Nicolas-Claude Rousselot, master advisor at the Chambre des comptes, was appointed mayor of Dijon on June 7, 1763. He bore azure with a golden face charged with a rose and accompanied in chief by a sun and in point by a sheep grazing. He then became chief secretary of the States of Burgundy and died in 1770.
