There are three lifts in the tower (double decked). The public use one of the the lifts for access to the lookout etc. The other two lifts are used for the restaurants. Access from the restaurant to the lookout is not available.
the tokens to access the lookout were sold at the ground floor, Adult, School group, and Child, separate tokens for each lift for accounting purposes.
