This Mint Token was included in a Set of 24 Euro Coins issued in 2002. The Set was issued by the Belgian Post Office and was commemorating "Brussels" as the centre of the European Parliament.
The coins that were included were all of the 1 and 2 cent coins from each of the 12 European Countries that had initiated the Eurozone from 1st January 2002.
