Rivertowne Restaurant was located at 7934 Belair Road in Putty Hill Plaza. Capt’n Andy and other animatronic animals would play music and sing songs for the kids while adults had the option to hang out at the bar and listen to an animal that sang like Elvis. Along with many unique games and a vending machine that blew up helium balloons, a person dressed in a Capt’n Andy costume was known to visit with guests.
