Still in the innovative and impressive context of the building, in Santos Dumont would be built the first rotating restaurant in South America, where visitors and customers, seated at their desks, would glimpse, for one hour, 360º of the rarest beauty of the Marvelous City. It was the La Tour that worked between 1976 and 1993. The establishment was on a sort of platform that rotated with a system of gears.
