This token was included in the Royal Australian Mints Baby Proof six coin set only in the 2005 Set.The idea was that you could get a baby's name and birth date engraved on the blank side of the token as a keepsake.
This was a much larger version of the same design token that was included in the 2005 Baby Mint Set.
