Pistol Pete's Pizza chain was founded in the late 1950's. Pistol Pete's Pizza incorporated in Texas in 1973; founded in Phoenix, AZ in 1981. Several restaurants, mostly in the SW. Sold to Peter Pipers Pizza in 1995.
