In the Matter of the Companies Acts, 1908 and 1913, and in the Matter of PESSERS, MOODY, WRAITH AND GURR Limited.
Special Resolution. Passed 17th February, 1916. Confirmed 9th March, 1916.
AT an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the Company, 148/150, Curtain-road, in the county of London, on the 17th day of February, 1916, the following Special Resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place, on the 9th day of March, 1916, the said Special Resolution was duly confirmed :—
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. Henry McLellan, of 6A, Devonshire-square, in the city of London, Incorporated Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
