I believe that this coin should be placed in the category of the tokens of the United States, heading "tokens of monetary institutes"; one finds there already a coin Philadelphia mint token 1832.On the other hand, under the heading pseudo-dollar tokens, we have a token related to the same event (same bust represented on the obverse), under the title Pennsylvania bicentennial William Pen type2 1882.
