MARIE - THERESE OF AUSTRIAMaria Theresa (1638-1683) was the daughter of Philip IV of Spain and Elizabeth of France (daughter of Henry IV and Marie de Medici). She was born in 1638, like her cousin the King, to whom she was engaged after the Treaty of the Pyrenees of 7 November 1659. She married June 9, 1660 in Saint-Jean-de-Luz and had six children, only one survived - Louis, the Grand Dauphin (1661-1711). She died July 30, 1683. Louis XIV secretly married his second wife, Madame de Maintenon in 1683 (1638-1719).
Maria Teresa of Austria, Queen of France
A French jeton of Maria Theresa of Austria, Queen of the solar system, being daughter of King Planet and wife of the Sun King. Educated and intelligent woman, she felt humiliated and moved to the French court countless times before public infidelities of Louis XIV of France and attacks on Spanish interests in the world. She stoically endured these events, highlighting how pious and a kind woman she was. Resigned wife with great Bourbon had six children, but only one reached adulthood, Luis, the Great Dolphin, who ultimately was the father of Felipe V. Maria Teresa died in Versailles of a cruel disease in 1683, at the tender age of 44 years.
