Token was used as automatic token for binocular public viewer, mounted at the top of Šmarna gora in Ljubljana, which is one of the top locations to visit Ljubljana. The hill of Šmarna gora and Grmada, is probably nr. 1 of popular daily hiking trails to people living in the city. In clear weather you can see Triglav, Julian alps, Kamnik Alps and Karavanke to the north, Krim and Snežnik to the south-south-west, and Trdinov vrh to the south. Trail takes from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the trail you choose. At the top, Ledinek family restaurant is open daily with good local cuisine. Also a take-away bar is present for quick service.More on:
