Reverse
A ring of 50 5-pointed stars along the rim. In the middle is a smaller engraving similar to the Seal of the President of the United State of America and the Reverse of the Kennedy Half Dollar, except the eagle is facing right, instead of left.
Eagle facing right, wings spread. Shield in front of body. Left talon holds olive branch, right talon holds arrows. Rays shoot up from behind eagle, stars interspersed between rays. 4 additional stars behind eagle head. A banner with "E PLURIBUS UNUM" is held in the beak of eagle.
