Hernandez and Bumiller was a cigarette factory in Iquique - Chile.Rulau Lim 69. Russell Rulau writes in his 2000 edition of "Latin American Tokens" that the issuer was a cigarette manufacturing company. Tokens with other coats of arms on the reverse exist for China, Ecuador, Persia, Russia, Switzerland, the Dominican republic, Montenegro, Peru and Venezuela.
