On this token we see a simplified illustration of the "E-Werk" in Cologne/Germany, Muehlheim suburb. This power station was erected in 1903 and shut down in 1930. Later it was used as a storage depot. In 1991 this historical building turned to a concert hall for music events of any kind."Gilden" is a Kölsch brand beer. (And Kölsch is a type of beer brewed in Cologne.)
