There is no reference on the token itself, but it is listed under the category “ Dag van de munt” (“Day of the Mint”) in Postma's catalogue. Since this catalogue was produced with the cooperation of a former mintmaster of the Royal Dutch Mint, I see no reason to disagree.
After 2003, the text “ Dag van de munt” is not always used on the tokens in this category.
After the privatisation of the Mint, the Mint museum was renamed to Geld- en Bankmuseum (later shortened to Geldmuseum), and a different logo was used.
