The Kasai company was founded on 24 December 1901 by decree of King Leopold II of Belgium. It had its administrative headquarters in Brussels and its headquarters in Dima, Congo. The Kasai company had as its objective the harvesting, exploitation and export of products such as ivory or rubber.
This token is also mentioned in Mandić Catalogue of 2012, where C.K. could possibly also mean “Centralni Komitet” as a Central Committee of the Communist party of Serbia.
