Café located at 256, rue de Neudorf in Luxembourg city. The owners were Pierre Blaise-Apel (1929-1956) and Charles Blaise (1956-1964). From 1960, the tokens bear the designation "Blaise-Flammang" (see Weiller#ML 110 and Weiller#ML 111)
Unknown issue, vintage also, struck between 1950 and 1957.
