There are two varieties of this token described in TokenCatalog: TC-43811- TC-43811 has dots on either side of "CHICAGO" on the reverse. (The plate coin for this Numista entry is this variety).
- TC-47376 does not have dots on either side of "CHICAGO" on the reverse.
Alpert & Smith reportedly date this token from 1917 to 1928.
