The hallmark of this token is an indicator hand but without the word MONEY or a cornucopia with the word MONEY (refrappe).There is a version of this token in red copper, also 15 mm.
These tokens were certainly struck to commemorate the baptism of their son Napoleon IV and distributed to the crowd during the celebrations.
There are also variations in the size of the lettering for the date JUNE 14 1956.
