Translation: Canguro Mais, M. Gaoloto/Gao Loto and Orso Lichene are some of the co-founders of Damanhur. These names are self chosen spiritual names in the Damanhur tradition (an animal name first, then a plant name); they translate as 'Kangaroo Corn', 'M. High Lotus' (Gao is Chinese for high) and 'Bear Lichen' (lichen is a plantlike organism that grows on rocks)
