Not in Whitmore. Hawkins p 31. Very Rare.
Hodges was in constant trouble with the `magistrates. In 1886 he altered the premises without police consent. The following year he was fined for possessing a pig with swine fever and in 1895 his license renewal was refused due to betting on the premises. The pub shut after its beerhouse license was refused later that year.
