Comment

Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States, served from 1913 to 1921. He is due the honor of being immortalized on the $100,000 gold certificate that once circulated in th United States. It was not meant for normal circulation. Rather, it was used only for transactions between the Federal Reserve and the Treasure Department. Of the 42,000 notes that were made, only 3 exist today, and those are kept under tight security. Privately owning these notes is illegal and prohibited.
