Comment
1. Georgian counterstamp "თბილისი" exists on both obverse and reverse of USSR 15 kopeck coin. The side of token`s groove and year of basis coin chosen randomly. Token probably used in 1990-1991 and was most early phone token after Georgian Independence, or even probably in the last year of USSR, when 15 kopeck coin had no any value, but phone automates still needed 15 kopeck weight and size coin/token . (My own opinion. D.Mikeladze. 2018)2. Another variety: counterstamp is in the groove, made in the obverse of 1986 15 kopeck.
