That data from the book "TOKENS OF THE COUNTRIES OF FORMER YUGOSLAVIA" by Ranko Mandić issued 2012.That token is marked as YU11/2 and it is characterized as RRR
Also exist YU11/1 - diameter 22,8 mm, and letter A on reverse instead of B (this one is not characterized as RRR)
Both tokens are PTT - TRIAL STRIKES OF THE TELEPHONE TOKENS, 1988.
