Coffee Workers Payment TokenThese tokens were used as a temporary payment to the coffee farm labourers. At the end of the week the token(s) were redeemed by the Farm Manager using the local currency.
This particular token was used by a farm in Heredia established by Hyppolyte Tournón (in Spanish)
