Comment
This medal was designed for the National Plastic Arts Exposition from 1937 (Salón Nacional de Artes Plásticas), and on original reverse shows the text “MINISTERIO DE INSTRUCCIÓN PÚBLICA - COMISIÓN DE ARTES PLASTICAS - 1937” (Public Instruction Ministry, Plastic Arts Commission, 1937) . The the reverse of medal showing in picture was erased and engraved with new text.
