This medal was a restrike of the small silver medal made by Adzer (Galster 451, check it here: https://www.danskmoent.dk/galster/med257.htm). While the reverse is the same (with the adding of Gianelli initials) the obverse is totally different.Fine Arts Academy prize medals were changed in 1798, both gold and silver ones
