Plaquette was probably issued and given to participants of 10th ascent to Stol mountain, commemorating the organized ascent to Stol mountain on 22nd of February 1942 by 40 men and women fighters of Jesenice company (Jeseniška četa). First commemorative ascent was made in 1962. Plaqeutte was made some time during 1973 and 1975.
