Samples of the State Bank of the USSR for all parameters (metal, size, weight, edge) correspond to the circulation coins of the USSR of the sample of 1961 with denominations of 1 ruble, 50 kopeks, 20 kopeks, 15 kopeks, 10 kopeks (Copper-nickel alloy of white colour), 5 kopeks, 3 kopeks, 2 kopeks, 1 kopek(a Copper-zinc alloy yellow color).Service tokens are minted on specially prepared coin blanks circles of different denominations. With high probability, these samples were made abroad by order of the State Bank of the USSR.
