Echternach is a town in the Eastern part of Luxembourg, close to Trier, Germany. While available, these tokens can be obtained for 2 Euros from a coin machine on the left side of the entrance to the remains of the Roman villa, situated just North of the Echternach lake.
The token has been produced by National Tokens, this link shows a map with the various locations for which they have produced tourist tokens: https://nationaltokens.com/coin-locator/
